1. All of our Third Party Providers and Service Providers are located in Australia and we do not disclosure your Personal Information to overseas recipients in the course of providing you with access to the RBL Website and our referral services.

If we subsequently decide to disclose your Personal Information to an overseas recipient, we will take such steps as reasonable in the circumstances to ensure that the overseas recipient treats your Personal Information securely and otherwise complies with the relevant Australian Privacy Principles.
